Does anyone know when USCIS will update their processing times?

Hey guys! Does anybody have an idea when USCIS will update their processing time page? Do you think they will do it around the middle or the end of the month?? :blink:

2005 summer -Met my husband for the first time,started dating

25. November 2005 - official as a couple

13. October 2007 - Got married

4/07/2008 Filed I-130

4/11/2008 Received NOA1

11.05/2008 Got transferred to CSC

11/12/2008 Touch

11/13/2008 Touch

11/14/2008 Touch

12/05/2008 Touch

12/05/2008 Approved

12/06/2008 Touch

12/09/2008 Touch???

12/15/2008 NOA 2 Letter received

01/24/2009 Sent I-824 to CSC

I used to be my own protection, but not now, cause my path has lost direction, somehow

I actually thought it was middle of every month.

I know there isn't set pattern and they do update as they please. Sometimes just say that they have updated but no real difference is seen in the application processing dates.

Thanks. I saw the date on top also but wasn't sure if they'd keep updating by the middle of the month like they (sometimes :no: ) did before changing the page.

I actually thought it was middle of every month.

I know there isn't set pattern and they do update as they please. Sometimes just say that they have updated but no real difference is seen in the application processing dates.

typically it is at the end of the month but the processing by date is in or towards the middle (last update was unusual)... apparently takes a week or two to gather the "stats"

Fwaguy, How difficult can it be to gather information of doing absolute nothing.

All they have to do is change the update date and make no changes to any other dates ;)

Oh wait - thats exactly what they do...Nevermind! :P

Three months back they used to update it around middle of every month.

Lately the updates are erratic and unpredictable.

05-26-2008 Marriage

06-23-2008 Leaving my baby

07-29-2008 I-130 to Chicago lock box

07-30-2008 CSC received I-130

08-01-2008 NOA1

08-05-2008 Touched

11-25-2008 NOA2.

NVC journey begins

12-01-2008 NVC received

12-05-2008 NVC sent visa fee

12-23-2008 NVC received visa fee

12-dd-2008 AOS package received

12-dd-2008 AOS package sent to NVC

Yeah, you know, I asked about that recently because they've posted the update as of Sept 28 but if you look it says the processing times are as of July 31? I asked them what's the real processing time then? I was told they're doing Feb 1 now and they posted Sept 28 = 8 months. This is a increase of two weeks since last month.

AAAAAAAAAAAAHHHH!!! Wow that was a jump! from november to february!! I hope there's lots of approvals coming soon for all of us! I'm crying right now because it seems to be so close that I can see Brian again!!!

Dont even pay any attentio to that post from the USCIS. I had both my I-129 and I-130 petitions approved 3 SEP 08 from Mar 08 and according to them they were still working on Dec 07 for 1-129 and 6 or 7 s for the I-130. I was all depressed for nothing about a week before because the dates actually went backwards.

It is just some kind of guide to see if it is past your receipt date. Doesn't mean that they won't be looking at your case.

Just be sure to register your email address for the USCIS to alert you on any activity (like approvals) :thumbs:
