Thanks a million. I was concerned when I read the previous post about the new change. I totally missed it. I think with all the inconsistences not much will be done witht he applications. Does anyone know how often they update the website processing dates? The ones that are up now show that they were last updated in July?

I think the inconsistencies are so unfair. My sister in law in Houston filed and was sworn in within 2 monhts. Yes 2 months. My mom filed in Apri and had her interview in July. She did a move so has not been sworn in yet but if she had not moved they would have sworn her in in September. Do you have your 10 year GC yet?

not yet. I am still waiting for my 10 yrs GC. but i am not too worry about it. I am going to file N400 as soon as i can(12/13/08) anyway.

Sent ours in on the 23rd! It's a 319b application since we reside overseas, but it was filed with the Texas Service Center and we will be going through the Atlanta District Office. Good luck everyone! P.S. How does NOA usually arrive? Email or postal mail?

Hey guys,

I just found out that our check cleared on the 29th! I guess that's a good sign!

So that's, sent on the 23rd, arrived on the 25th, check cleared on the 29th, and I guess we should receive a NOA sometime next week. Does NOA have our interview date?
