The interview was today.....

Said received the letter that states:

"... This office regrets to inform you that it is unable to issue a visa to you because you have been found ineligible to receive a visa under the following section(s) of the Immigration and Nationality Act. The information contained in the paragraphs marked with "X" pertain to your visa application. Please disregard the unmarked paragraphs.

X Further consideration will be given toyour visa application after you obtain and present the documents listed above and/or the following*

Your case requires additional administrative processing. We require nothing further from you at this time. We will contact you by telephone as soon as we are able to continue with your case.

She took all of our pics, emails, letters, phone bill call history, etc...and did not give it back. She told Said to leave now, and wait for their call.

She was HORRIBLE...during the entire interview. He told me the hardest part was feeling how much she hated him, from the moment he met her.

How is this even tolerated??

Anyway, I was hoping someone might have some ideas.....what do we do next and so on.

Thanks everyone!

Yvette :crying:

He's in AP. Pretty common for Morocco, from what I've seen.

Lady, people aren't chocolates. Do you know what they are mostly? Bastards. ####### coated bastards with ####### filling. But I don't find them half as annoying as I find naive bobble-headed optimists who walk around vomiting sunshine.

What is AP?

I'm so sorry it didn't go well...I don't know what to tell you. I would be devistated...but it seems from everyone else's posts that this isn't an outright denial, but that it's gonna take extra time to review.

They hate all Muslim people, don't take it personally. I am expecting that we are going to face the same thing.
