I am going to submit it to chicago office, since we put our address in IN.

Where should I put mailing address for finger print appointment?

I have two leagal address in IN, and CA. I would like to get finger print appointmentin CA.

If someone similar case to mine please let me know.

I believe put the address where all your and your spouses' correspondence come because you are going to need it to prove in the interview that you are a married couple. Even though you are going to have to explain to the officer (which can be extremely difficult) that why do you live in two different places but thats not what is in question here.

Thank you for reply.

I am stressed out now, for going to CA. My spouse, he is coming out summer, next year.

If I need to stay in IN, until I get greencard, that will be trouble for me.

I will be living IN nothing but waiting for greencard process.

Unfortunately, that's the process. You must prioritize based on importance, your job or AOS. I don't think it looks good at all to be living away from your spouse while adjusting status. That situation looks like a sham marriage to me.

What matters is how it looks to an adjudicator. If your spouse will be joining you at some point, I'd file with the address you establish for both of you, in California. Establish it as a joint domicile and interview together in California. If you are unable to do this, I doubt you can convince an adjudicator you have a bona fide ongoing marital relationship.

Facts are cheap...knowing how to use them is precious...

or at a minimum, you are creating a barrier that you might need to overcome, that if thought out properly, can be avoided.

I would also like to advise you to consult a competent lawyer and explain the situation to him. He might be in a better position to find you a way to avoid the barrier without sacrificing your job / need to move
