I just received an email after sending in my docs for my RFE.

I-130 Case Status: Approval Notice Sent

I-129F Case Status: Approval Notice Sent

WOW!!! I guess I'm moving on to the next step.

It's been so long.

Whats next?

I hope all other Feb filers are right behind me.

Today is our 8 month wedding anniversary. What a gift and I'm going to see my wife today. WOW!!

I-130

02-27-2008 - NOA-1

09-25-2008 - Approval Notice Sent!! (received email)

10-02-2008 - Received hard copy NOA 2 via mail[/size]

I-129F

03-03-2008 - Mailed I-129F via USPS next day service

03-04-2008 - I-129F delivered to VSC signed by P Novak at 1:50 pm

03-05-2008 - NOA-1 received in mail on 03-10-2008

09-25-2008 - Approval Notice Sent!! (received email)

10-02-2008 - Received hard copy NOA 2 via mail

NVC

10-06-2008 - Case received assigned case #

10-06-2008 - Case sent to embassy

10-06-2008 - Emailed DS 2032

EMBASSY

Embassy called my wife and set appointment for 10-10-2008 to pick up paperwork.

Appointment set for October 21, 2008 at 12pm

10-20-2008 Interview at 12pm. APPROVED!!PICK UP VISA 10-21-2008 at 3 pm

I-485 AOS

07-21-2009 - Mailed via overnigt. They received 7-22-2009 and rejected the same day.

07-29-2009 - Received rejected I-485 in the mail. (Incorrect fee's)

07-30-2009 - Mailed corrected packet overnight, they received next day 7-31-09

08-03-2009 - Received NOA for I-485 and I-765.

08-10-2009 - Received Biometrics appointment letter. Appt is on 09-02-2009 (DONE) Easy

09-15-2009 - I-765 Approved, Card production ordered

10-20-2009 - I-485 Appt Set

10-20-2009 - APPROVED!! Fast and easy 10-15 min interview.

10-21-2009 - CRIS email. Card production ordered.

No touches. I sent in my RFE doc and they received that last week but never any touches even with that. I kept checking for touches but none. Then I reveived the email from CRIS this morning at 9:10am notifying me of both approvals.

I-130

02-27-2008 - NOA-1

That is great news! Another February filer!! Congratulations!! Isn't it funny how we feel happy for each other and we actually have no idea who the other person is? Anyway, we all share the same feeling of waiting forever to be with our loved ones so... This explains it.

OH! I can already see my approval coming soon! ;)

NVC generated DS 3032 and AOS bill - 02/02/09

DS 3032 sent by e-mail and snail mail - 02/02/09

NVC replied my e-mail confirming my choice of agent - 02/06/09

AOS bill received - 02/07/09

AOS bill and IV bill paid online - 02/07/09

AOS and IV display the PAID message - 02/11/09

AOS and DS-230 packages sent - 02/11/09

NVC received packages - 02/13/09

NVC sent RFE (mistake on DS-230) - 02/20/09

Form DS-230 re-sent (as requested) - 02/26/09

CASE COMPLETE - 03/05/09

Interview date assigned - 03/10/09

Case forwarded to the embassy - 03/11/09

Medical Examination - 04/08/09

CR1 interview - 04/09/09 - VISA APPROVED!

Visa in hand - 04/??/09

POE - 04/??/09

this is so bad with vsc!!! why they are doing this? what are they doing in vsc? eating and drinking or having a party everyday? someone should go there, i wish i am in the usa i would travel to vsc and protest there and even build a tent!
