Hi :) I didn't post much, but i've been here all the time :) we've received our NOA1 on June 20th, and today we've just got touched for the first time in 4 months *manic laughter* Just wanted to share, hope it's not an rfe :wacko:

Bafta Andreea, :star: I hope it is NOA 2.

We were also touched yesterday but the status remained the same: " Current Status: Response to request for evidence received, and case processing has resumed". On one hand I hope it's not a new RFE (God, I really hope it's not :whistle: ) and on the other hand I hope it's good news.

07-29-2009 applied for SSN

07-30-2009 civil ceremony

08-13-2009 AOS sent to USCIS

08-16-2009 AOS received by USCIS

08-19-2009 NOA 1 for AP, EAD, GC

08-24-2009 touch AP

09-11-2009 GC file transferred to CSC

09-23-2009 SSN arrived by mail

09-24-2009 Biometrics for EAD, GC

09-24-2009 touch EAD

09-25-2009 touch GC

11-20-2009 infopass appointment-they will generate a service request to expedite my EAD

12-09-2009 phoned USCIS, infopass lady did nothing!!

I got 2 Service Request Numbers for AP & EAD

12-09-2009 CRIS e-mail reply: EAD: "additional reviews are performed" - deadline 6 months

12-14-2009 CRIS e-mail reply :AP: "reviews" - deadline 60 days

12-14-2009 contacted the senator about the EAD

12-15-2009 touch: GC & AP. should I expect some approvals ?:) or am I too optimistic ?:(

12-16-2009 another touch

12-21-2009 EAD & AP approved OMG!! Is it really true? :)

12-26-2009 AP arrived by mail

12-28-2009 second e-mail about the approval of EAD

12-30-2009 GC APPROVED!!!!!!

12-31-2009 GC ordered

01-12-2010 GC received yuppie!!!

2/24/09: NA02 APPROVAL... finally, after 9 MONTHS & 8 DAYS!!

5/5/09 : Interview Date APPROVED!!!!

5/8/09: visa received

From NA01 to interview: 12 LONG MONTHS!!

07/23/09: received SSN

08/17/09: Passed Driving test

08/22/09: Married on beautiful Mackinac Island, MI

AOS

08/31/09: Mailed AOS Package

10/20/09: Received AP

10/21/09 Received EAD card

12/7/09 AOS APPROVED!

12/14/09: Green Card arrived in mail. Happy Days!

It's taken 18 months from applying for K1 to receipt of Green Card! Thank God it's over until 12/7/11

Here we go again...

09/14/11: Mailed I-751 to Vermont

09/19/11: NA01

10/14/11: Biometrics

7/2/12: Approved. New Card Ordered

7/7/12: Green Card received

oh wow they havnt approved your petition yet? thats terrible!

i hope they do soon, but ive noticed on a few occasions that they tend to take their time on UK petitions, maybe its because they assume the couple can easily visit one another with visitor visas anyway? lol

unlike from 3rd world countries which the beneficiaries would have no way of visiting the US outside of a k1 visa

My man told me that he heard about how long can be the immigration for UK and Canada. I don't know why and that sucks !

haha i just said it, its because those countries' citizens are easily able to come here on tourist visas anyway

Hi guys,

Posting on this thread for the first time. :whistle: Hang in there. I know it's driving you up the walls but don't start "expecting" until it's about a week after your 4th month-sary filing. I was nearly losing my sanity (after 1 week of checking USCIS every day) when we saw our approval online last Friday (no email!) but the hard copy did not come yet! :crying: You get a few minutes of high and that's it. It's back to the waiting game... waiting for NOA1, mail, NOA2, mail, NVC, mail.... and the list goes on. Do they have any idea how much pain they are causing us? I don't even know when I should file my resignation letter or how long I should put up with work #######!

it seems that the philippines is low on their priorities because im seeing the expected timelines generally later than everyoen else, and specifically your case

Sigh. Still no touch or anything here. not since my change of address on 9/19. Our NOA was 6/17. sigh.

We apparantly aren't in the same box with everyone else! I feel like we'll never be approved. :crying:

OK. Patience. I'm patient. I'm patient.

Maybe if I repeat it over and over I will become patient?

And to all you May filers and anyone else whose NOA1 is before mine but hasn't been approved: I hope you are approved soon!
