Qhat did people put for the support docs/ evidence attched to the I-864? According to the instructions it looks liek I just need some pay stubs, tax returns, W-2's and a letter from my employer, but as I look at what other people have sent, they included a copy of the petioner's passport biographic page and copy of petioners birth certificate. Are these needed? I am a little confused....

The instructions are quite clear..

The reason the biographic page and bc are mentioned is because they are a part of the I-485 application which the I-864 is as well....

Sorry for all the questions, but I went over the instrustions again andthe guide here on visajourney and nowhere does it mention having to include a copy of my (US Citizens) passport or birth certificate for the I-864. The only part I see is that the instructions for the I-864 says Petitioning relatives who have already filed proof of their citizenship orimmigration status with Forms I-130, Form I-129F, I-600 andI-600A do not need to submit proof of their status with this form. So to me that means I the petioner do not have to prove my citizenship since I already did for the I-129F. Correct?

Long story short, except some paystubs, tax returns, employment letter and W-2's, all other evidence is my wife's (non USC). Correct?

You don't need to include the USC's passport or birth certificate. Only the petitioner sends that stuff, the USC sends tax info and employment proof.

Not for the I-864, but yes for the I-485, because it is HER application to change HER status

YMMV
