Hello everyone,

This is pretty much a list of all the proof we have, but I'm not sure if it's sufficient. Any advice on whether this is enough or not would be great. I really don't want to get that letter saying, not enough proof.

Thanks in advance.

• I-751 application with attached check for $545.00.

• Copy of our Apartment Rental Agreement.

• Two sworn affidavits by U.S. citizens.

• A copy of our joint US Federal tax returns and W2's (years 2006 and 2007).

• Copies of husbands driver license and wife identification.

• Copies of Proof of joint financial information (bank statements in both our names, joint credit card accounts, checking account check and two checking account statements showing a joint account (years 2007 and 2008).

• Copy of wife's two year green card.

• Copy of wife's passport (maiden name).

• Copies of itineraries/tickets about trip taken together.

• Copy of TimeShare contract with both our names.

• Copies of utility bills

• Copies of IRS, family and friends’s envelopes with both names on it.

• Copy of our Health Insurance letter and cards.

• Copy of H&R Block IRA Application stating that (spouse) is beneficiary.

• Copy of husband ’s life Insurance stating that (spouse) is the beneficiary.

• 10 pictures as a proof of marriage

Do we need to submit photos of our wedding?

Hi Oly and Didier,

Your list of evidence for the I-751 looks good enough to submit! You definitely have a lot of relevant stuff, and more likely than not shouldn't get an RFE. Yes, you've covered pretty much everything there, both financially and personally. Just make sure all your evidence covers the entire span of your marriage and conditional residency too.

If you need more ideas, here is a list of evidence that I submitted for the I-751 a few weeks ago: http

Good luck on your I-751 and your immigration journey.

Ant (Stuck with the I-751 at the VSC...)

P.S. What a co-incidence! I couldn't help but notice too, from what you mentioned on your timeline, that you got married on the same day (well, actually 24hrs apart) as I did...

More pictures the better. Especially ones taken in the last 2 years.

That is more than we are going to submit. Looks like a healthy balance. I personally don't see the point in photos as they provide very little evidence. Especially if the reviewer has no idea who is who!, just a micro-second glimpse of the possibility two people were together and so easy to compose with the basic computer software these days.

You will be fine. Have faith.

Good luck.

Life's just a crazy ride on a run away train

You can't go back for what you've missed

So make it count, hold on tight find a way to make it right

You only get one trip

So make it good, make it last 'cause it all flies by so fast

You only get one trip
