Thanks guys. I called USCIS today and spoke with a supervisor, but she gave me the same old BS.... I guess we will have to wait next week and see anything comes along...

Congratulations!!!!! It`s good to hear that Vermont Center, oops California is not dead hehe

Is it possible the USCIS to change our Service Center and don`t make any advice? My last touched was 20th june. And I haven`t any news!!!! We started begining of April :wacko:

Done for 3 years or 10 years. Haven't decided yet.

(I'm going for the IR-1 and blowing off the K-3. Even if it takes an extra couple months, it's worth it to not have to deal with USCIS again)

Note:

Please fill out I-130, wait 6 months for approval, then 3 more months for an interview. (Unless of course we've bombed your country into the stone age, then you qualify for expedited processing.)

Khaleda,,, now its really your time, and hope this going to be a nice birthday gift for you,,, I have birthday in November, maybe my gift come true in November,,, Anyway, I plan to fly to US next month, even if my visit its only 12 days there, but its worth every coin!
