the only thing I know for sure is that if God allows me I will se my husband on October 9th and I will be with him for a whole week :) so that's the only thing I know now and looking forward to!

WHERE's the approval? this week looks like @#$t like the previous... :angry:

Its great to see an approval out of Vermont! Congrats C&B!

it's in the timeline section of VJ. go to the K3 timelines and sort by NOA2 date.

that;s two approvals and one RFE from VSC this week...keep eyes out late Feb / early March filers.

You guys are probably gonna hate me by the time we are done here...hate for being 'too' optimistic....but here is to hope. (F)

There was one approval for a K-3 applicant (their I-129F got denied) and one received an RFE. This translates to VSC working...not sure how fast or how many they are doing at a time, but they are surely working and it's not too long before we see action.

Both of these VJ members are around Feb-March time frame in terms of NOA1.

CJVasani - I think u shud b contacting ur cogressperson now...enough of waiting for u!!

NVC received papers - 01/30/09

NVC generated DS 3032 and AOS bill - 02/02/09

DS 3032 sent by e-mail and snail mail - 02/02/09

NVC replied my e-mail confirming my choice of agent - 02/06/09

AOS bill received - 02/07/09

AOS bill and IV bill paid online - 02/07/09

AOS and IV display the PAID message - 02/11/09

AOS and DS-230 packages sent - 02/11/09

This is so frustrating!! :crying:

Not to sound like I'm complaing, but I find it unfair that based on the fact that we all live on the eastern side of the US, this actually "hurts" us and makes our process slower than those who get to file through CSC. If I were one of those VSC agents, I'd be ashamed and want to compete with CSC in banging out applications quicker. The sad thing is that most of those agents probably read these posts everyday and are sitting at home laughing at all of us. Oh well, things have to get better eventually. Let's keep praying and hoping that just "maybe", VSC will be the center pumping out approvals soon. As always, my thoughts are with all of you out there, keep the hope alive! :thumbs:
