Hello September filers,

Just as I thought I won't have interview because our case has been transferred, today I got an interview letter telling me to report in Philadelphia office on February 4,2009 @ 8 am. Oh well, at least they are really working on for my papers...

Am I the first here who got transferred and got an interview? Now we know, we can never tell whats going on with our papers.

Envy_me if you don't mind pls update mine. Thanks a lot Nao for that interview things you made.

2 people had their interview yesterday! I'm wondering how it went?! aomary and chabbo, I think?

On my side, It's been a week now since they told me someone is reviewing my case...what take him so long?!

The problem is that I commit to teach french to a class of 5 years old starting on Feb. 2nd.... I will feel bad to break my commitment and lose a job because of USCIS incompetence! :angry:

Our case is being transferred from CSC to local office after being transfered to CSC and staying there since 11/6. Has anyone ever seen this before?

The I485 APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS was transferred and is now pending standard processing at a USCIS office.

Awakening_1

Intimacy, like charity, begins at home. If we cannot be intimate with ourselves, we have no way to bring to intimacy with another person.

Intimacy with ourselves takes time. We need time for rest, time for walks, time for quiet, and time to tune into to ourselves. We cannot completely fill up our lives with activities and become intimate with ourselves. Nor can we just sit quietly indefinitely and become intimate with ourselves. We have to have the time and energy to be our lives and to do our live in order to establish and intimate relationship with ourselves.

Surprisingly, as we become intimate with ourselves, we discover our connection with others

Never mind I see that this is happening to a few people....

It gets harder the more you know. Because the more you find out, the uglier everything seems.

I just logged into the USCIS site and it shows the message.

I spoke to USCIS last month just to check the status and the rep told me that it was still at CSC not at my local office (contrary to what the message said online)

What did the online message say before? For us, like I mentioned it had the same message "....standard processing at USCIS office" since october after it was at CSC. You may want to give them a call to find out if it really is at your local district office, just like I did and found out it wasn't.

How did you find out that it got transferred from CSC to local office? Did you get an email from CRIS or you called them? hello everyone,

just wondering my EAD has been approved last dec 4, 2008 and when i checked USCIS today (01/14/2009) my EAD has been touched...i wonder what was it..sounds weird to me...does anybody know what was it?

how i wish its my AOS they touched...also, i have an interview coming already this feb 13, but my AOS has never been touched after i had my biometrics..

has this ever hapend to any of u here?

btw i had my EAD Card last Dec. 15, 2008 already. i thought thats it...since it has been approved and since i have the card already...i wonder what was the touch all about. does anybody know what was it? im beginning to worry bout it.
