It is 90 calender days. So, you can count in all holidays and weekends.

But the question that it is still not clear for me. 90 days from NOA date?? That's what I thought it was, but apparently VJ website counts from filing. When I got approved for AP it says it's been approved in 71days, so from my filing date... I'm confused

But, as I talked to several phone operators and one of their supervisors, it is obviously the received date on NOA1.

They also state that on their website.

So, I think it is 90 days from the received date on NOA1.

Nope. They did not tell me to make an infopass appointment after 90 days....

They told me to simply call them.

But, I already made an infopass appointment for my EAD next Monday.

I am not sure if it helps the case processing....

But, it worths a try, right?

After 90 days, we have rights to show up at the appointment.

They have an option on their infopass screen specifically meant for people with pending EAD for over 90 days.

So, I think they already know that people show up on the appointment for that reason.

i dint receive the "approval notice sent" email for my ead..

but i received 3 emails saying my ead was approved..

No news for me on the EAD yet

At least after more than 2 months, it finally showed up today on the USCIS site,

I wonder if me making an online address change has anything to do with that.

Ah, well, we`ll see..

After the previous post i called to remind my hubby to stop at the post office to check if i got mail and guess what he said he just left there and and i got mail!!!

I asked him if it was from uscis and he said he wont say but was laughing..... i think its the mail....

The really really precious one!!!

I'm waiting in anticipation, il keep you posted as soon as he comes!

hi envy me..please update my timeline. I got my AP on Dec. 9 and my EAD on Dec. 13...I'm so happy, now I will apply to get my Social security card then apply for a job. Yay!
