You will, you will, you will..... hopefully as soon as tomorrow!!

Your timeline is almost identical to ours: you are

I-129F Sent : 2008-09-06

I-129F NOA1 : 2008-09-11

Our dates were 09-05 (sent) and 09-10 (NOA1). We got approved today, stands to reason you're in the next batch to go.

Hang in there.... yesterday I felt the same anxiety and desperation you must be feeling now... it all lifts in an instant when you get that wonderful email from CRIS telling you it's approved

Hang in there!

I wonder how long will the papers arrive in Philippine Embassy. I got accident last December 29, and then operation last January 5 in my left ankle because of fracture. My doctor told me that I could walk again few weeks before March 5. I have no problem in going to embassy or St. Lukes because I am living here in Manila. I just wanted to be in good shape for my interview. One more thing, what are needed for medical examination? I already have medical records in St. Lukes because that's where I had my operation recently.

Please advise. Thank you so much!

By the way, congratulations to everyone that got their approval. :D

Pangga - Congrats on your approval.

Wis-Can - yours should be really soon.

Benika - Sorry about the RFE, but I have heard of some that were simple and with a quick response, got approval within a week. Hopefully yours will be this simple.

Adiian - Sorry to hear about your accident. I was just thinking I hadnt seen a post from you in a while. I think you will be OK. NOA2 was 1/14 right? you should have about 4 months to get everything done. So probably within 10 days (if all goes smoooth), it will be gone from NVC and arrive at Manila. Then another week to send you Packet 3, so your already to February, then you have time to schedule your medical and appointment, so I think you could easily schedule medical and interview after March 5th if needed. Seems for Medical, main thing you need is a picture on white background and your vaccination records. Depending on your age, you will probably need a few additional vaccinations.

Akiko - Welcome to Sept board.

Good luck to everyone to get their approvals soon!

Guys - Finally mine has been approved as well. Karri, Chuck and Grace, Sarjori, etc...thanks for your prayers, positive vibes and wishes.

Guys, Gals and Gurus - advice me how do I proceed further?

I have colelcted, bank statement, tax transcript and employment letter.

Will need pay stubs and I-134. Anything else?

Thanks

CONGRATULATIONS!

just keep hounding nvc to see when they receive and send out your petition to the embassy. my fiance already has most of his documents gathered, passport, international passport, police certificate, school records, immunizations (but i wanted to get a start on that while i was still living with him over there, so ihad an advantage). i would go to the specific embassy website, they all require different things, like we don't have a packet 3 for kyiv, ukraine but others have to do this.

So first, alert your fiance/e as to what they need to start looking for, if it needs to be translated, then get on it. Sometimes police certificates can be hard to get. On your end I would start finding proof of support. For me, we only need to show tax transcripts because my dad's income is above the poverty line (thank god) others need to show a lot of proof because their assets/stocks/bonds put them over the poverty line. then look at the forms (ds-156, ds-156k) and also start getting proof of your continued relationship since you met.

but like i said, i would definitely check out the embassy website, and even contact them if you want you. i wouldn't take anyone's advice as gold, because we all have different situations, and sometimes people make mistakes. good luck!

Again, our CONGRATULATIONS to those who got approved yesterday.

For the rest of the Sept CSC filers, have more patience. It will come at the time you least expect it.

We were actually expecting to get our approval anytime within the next 2 weeks, and it really felt good to finally get it.

I have kept myself busy the past 2 days completing all my documents while waiting for NOA2 and they all came together yesterday. 14 is now one of our lucky numbers.

God bless everyone. Keep the faith.

Yes Delhi.

Here's the info on NVC they are open from 7:30 am EST to 12 Midnight EST, 603-334-0700 My friend told me to call them when they first open or close for less wait time, but guess what I just called them at 5:!3 pm and only had to wait for one min to speak to someone lol so go figure. They don't have my case yet btw, ugh. I would suggest you wait at least a week after your approval before you contact them. When you follow the prompts on the automated system you'll be connected with an operator. You have to give them the beneficiaries name, and date of birth and the petitioner's name and date of birth.

Questions to ask them:

1) Have you received my case yet? When?

2) If yes, what is the new case #? (this # will stay on the file all the way to the embassy and you need it for Packet 3)

3) Has it left the NVC yet? When?

If they give you a date when it left the NVC I have info on how to potentially track it on the DHL website. Also if you choose not to call them, you can email them instead and they will respond within 2-3 business days. NVCInquiry@state.gov

You will also receive a letter from them when they send it to the Consulate @ Delhi.
