EARLY HALLOWEEN QUESTION

I know this question might be too early but because I am into parapsychology, just want to know your comments and answers.

Is there anybody here who believes in third eye or sixth sense? Any experience? (seeing ghost or any unwanted creatures)

Do you have any ghost or creepy stories? Weird things involving supernatural elements?

Have you ever tried to tap yourself into spiritual realm? It might sound weird but perhaps you have your own stories.

If you have something to tell, feel free to share your experiences

I promise to love you in good times and in bad, with all I have to give and all that I am, in the only way I know how -- completely and forever......

Yes, I do love dressing up for Halloween!

I mean.. no, I don't believe in spirits or third eyes or any of that. Not enough proof, and more importantly, don't see how it's productive. Not even close to as productive as adults giving candy to anonymous children. Although, it's only seen as a good thing on Halloween.. how weird is that?

Can you please explain what is Samhain? Sorry, I am not familiar with that..

Samhain (pronounced /ˈsaʊn/ or /ˈsɑːwɪn/[1]; Irish /ˈsˠaunʲ/ from the Old Irish samain) is the word for November in a few Gaelic languages. The Scottish Gaelic spelling is Samhainn or Samhuinn (for the feast), or an t-Samhain (for the month). The Festival of Samhain is a celebration of the end of the harvest season in Gaelic culture, and is generally regarded as 'The Celtic New Year'.[2][3][4]

The same word was used for a month in the ancient Celtic calendar, in particular the first three nights of this month, with the festival marking the end of the summer season and the end of the harvest. A modernized version of this festival continues today in some of the traditions of the Catholic All Souls' Day, the secular Halloween, and in folk practices of Samhain itself in the Celtic Nations and the Irish and Scottish diasporas. It is also observed by various types of Neopagans.[2][4][5]

I see dead people.

No seriously, I believe in alot of that "creepy" stuff.

BTW, halloween is my FAVORITE holiday!!! weeeeeee its coming soon!

I celebrate Samhain, not Halloween.

Wiccan? or just for kicks?

If you were lucky and got an approval and reunion with your loved one rather quickly; Please refrain from telling people who waited 6+ months just to get out of a service center to "chill out" or to "stop whining" It's insensitive, and unecessary. Once you walk a mile in their shoes you will understand and be heard.

Thanks!

Pagan, not Wiccan. I just like the whole Samhain thing better than "Halloween". More emphasis on the harvest aspect rather than the greed and tricks part.

Aha.

You think Halloween is greedy? Why do you think that? the commercialism? Just curious :)

I celebrate both :D I'm Celtic Recon.

My dead father in law is still in this house. Bugs the ####### out of the dogs too sometimes. Its kinda funny. Bruno used to growl at him

The old lady who died in our old house was still there too. I'd see her now and agin washing her dishes. I asked her once if she'd mind to do mine  She never did though. I'm guessing residual, rather than intelligent (haunting).

One time while camping in South Dakota, I saw Brownies wandering around between the trees in the dark. I wasn't the only one that saw them either.

And one time while wandering around the trees myself in a park in Toronto, I saw one of the wee folk, leaning up against a tree smoking his pipe. He was gone as soon as he realised that I saw him though. I hate it when they do that.

divorced - April 2010 moved back to Ontario May 2010 and surrendered green card

PLEASE DO NOT PRIVATE MESSAGE ME OR EMAIL ME. I HAVE NO IDEA ABOUT CURRENT US IMMIGRATION PROCEDURES!!!!!
