Thanks guys. I guess i am excited because i no longer see 2/24/2008 anymore. That alone is worth all the touching possible. To feel like they are actually doing something. Like i am not just invisible. It's called hope where i had none. Did you call USCIS to find our the status of your case. You are out of their processing dates.

Thanks, i am one of those that was transferred from VSC to CSC.

after transfer to CSC(from VSC) on Aug 6,2008 my case has not been touched since August 12,2008. I think the files that were transferred from VSC to CSC had some sort of VIRUS in them...... thats why CSC people have started showing same symptoms as of VSC people.

We should all change Vermont to CSC in our timelines...

us2Canada, since you were touched a week ago, you should still feel pretty good. I should imagine that between the 6th and the 12th you had 3 or 4 touches. That's more than those who filed in early January but were left at VSC have been touched EVER.

My last touch was the 15th and I'm becoming convinced that it was due to my congressman's inquiry into my case. I'm kind of guessing that they were figuring out some sort of order for us "transferees" that resulted in that final touch on the 12th. I should imagine the next set of touches for any of us will be actual adjudication.

We're close to getting out of this first portion of the journey. Try not to worry.

I wish touching would solve my problem with CSC. I had another one today and I am already tired of all the touches.

They should approve instead of touching.

The more I think about it, the more I think I'm getting an RFE. But any progress, even them wanting more information, is a good thing. My relationship is so real there can be no doubt so anything they want to see is just fine with me.
