oh for cryin out loud { :protest: stupid NVC/DOS nightmares}.. I have been using the automated system the last 2 weeks in hopes of my CIS case number having some sort of status. so, i took your advice.. I pressed numbers until i got a human - somehow its 4 or 5 I dont even remember now..

"due to the high volume of calls, please call back at a later time" who the dayum is calling at 9 and 10 o'clock at night?? :wacko: I'll try again in 5 minutes :ranting:

here is a peek VIA hidden statillite....

ok - Finally got through! Got a human - I-130 STILL not entered at NVC. My I-129 was entered and on its way to ISL in under 10 days after approval. It has been 24 days since CA approved the I-130. #######. :dead:

Hi everyone, I was keeping the lines up ealier lol :lol: sorry. I had to find out about my boo's case. My baby has a descion to make on weather we want to go with the immagrant or the non, because of the waiting times. I hope he says the Immagrant but at the same time I want him here so its like being between a rock and hard place at the same time :crying: . but hopefully they will work the case fast and experdite the case file fast when I get this Dr note from my dads Dr. Pray for me that it can happen like that peeps... please and may god bless all yall on getting visa's this month and soon. congrats to ZR. :)

Hopefully my case will be complete on by the 21st of this month or the 22nd, then I will be at the embassy to see what we can do as far as getting the visa when I go to pak on the 23rd, Please pray for me everyone, prayers do get answerd and It means alot ot me that I have more then one person praying for us, and I of course will keep you in my prayers (L)

giving us the too many backlogs not enough Cos rap(just send out the letter already)

I wonder whose desk its sitting on collecting dust(Rhazz man :whistle: )

good news, emailed and faxed the senators office today then recieved a call at work, they will see whats happening this week. So Inshallah this week or next .. fingers crossed and Duas whispered

Oh yah and Abu dhabi, way to go, i was worried you were lost in the embassy cross fire.. Alhamdulillah congrats and keep in touch when you arrive back home :dance:

august 2004 I-129 filed (neb)

DEC 2004 Approved

interview: SEOUL

MArch 21st , 2005AR for special security clearance,washington

May 18th tranfer case from Seoul to Islammabad

June 21st security clearance done

June 28th online at the embassy in Islamabad

waiting for paper transfer and the good word

OCTOBER 14TH 2005 Interview Number 2: ISLAMABAD, PK

AR number 2 sent to DOS per Islamabad (2 cable request)

Nov 22 okd updated financial and etc proof accepted / embassy waiting for security cables

dec 20th one cable back waiting on 2nd

Jan 17th.. good word recieved. SECURITY CHECKS ALL CLEAR!!! DOS says embassy to contact him within two weeks!!!!!!

FEBRUARY 10th, 2006 VISA RECIEVED!!! They called him In via phone, stamped his passort and sent him on his way!!!

FEB 28th WELCOME HOME>>>POE CHICAGO did not even look at xray, few questions. one hour wait at Poe

march 10th marriage (nikkah at the islamic center)

aug 2006 AOS interview, cond 2 yr GC arrived september

June 2008 applied for removal of conditions on permant residency aka awaiting for 10 yr greencard

Dec 2008 10yr green card approved, no interview.

Laney glad you were able to get thru to the NVC and hope your case is in the system really soon.

Shelia hope your case completes soon too. You have a trip coming up and wedding anniversary too.

Cindy I hate your still not having Manni visa in hand. Praying that the senator will be able to get things expedited for you.
