Does it work as advertized???

What is the down side??

Quality of connection???

Thinking about giving it a try, but I dont want to depend upon their website to tell me how wonderful it is.

I finally got rid of the never ending money drain. I called the plumber, and got the problem fixed. I wish her the best.

Terrible, stay away

Here is my story. I've lived problem free life, payed my taxes. One day I decided to marry this girl. But to do so would require her to come to US of A, and so it started. My problem free live turned in to free problems from USCIS! Sure things turned to unsure, certain dates turned to aproximation within months. All logical thinking was out the door, as I filed my papers withing famous Vermont Centre!

We had Vonage it was so unreliable, especially calling overseas. Comcast was much better.

I love our vonage.. it sometimes drops calls.. haven't had that happen too often, and I just explain to everyone that it might happen.. for 30$ a month.. c'mon.. Also there is a slight delay when the call is picked up - seems i have to wait an extra second or two before saying "hello" but it's just at the start of the conversation and again, something i'm used to now..

I can call home anytime i want.. love it.. would recommend it.

like I said we have had Vonage for 2 years and we have had no problems... it is weird how somethings work great for some people and not for others...

we pay about 28 bucks a month for Vonage.... and no extra charges for long distance .. and that also includes voice mail, call display etc..

with regular phone it costs about 30 bucks or more a month and when you make long distance calls that goes way higher... and then add the call display and voice mail and it is even higher...
