I second that. It would positively help everyone on this board. If everyone could just take 1 day out of the week and update their timelines with any new info they have received from their cases would greatly help us all. Good luck to all. Thanks

I agree. Posting timelines would help people gauge when to take action (ie. when to call the embassy after NVC sends out the petition, tentative travel plans, etc), not to mention that there is nothing as tormenting as hovering in uncertainty for couples who are forced to be apart.

It's also a way of passing on the blessing to newbies and repaying the kindness of other VJ members who have eagerly helped others.

Even if theres no new info... put that in the comments and your timeline's "last updated date" changes...

I cant tell you how many of these dec 07 filers are on the board and when you go and look at their timelines the last updated date is when they got their noa1.. so we dont know whether to believe they are still on board or simly eating ####### and not updating. I would imagine that a lot of people dont update and that skews the numbers in the wrong way for the people who actually care.

I agree... Even the updates on AVR would help us all and would give us an estimate of the actual processing times along the jorney!!

MOTION to withold helping people with incredibly complex questions, no timeline, no signature and no desire to give some insight to the hundreds here on this board that do update their timeline.

They just come on this site for a quick "leech" and their off and helped nobody.. what they dont know is that this situation will never resolve itself or by the govt. It's only going to be resolved in our numbers. (as a whole)
