hi everyone, just got a quick question regarding Q23 on the DS-230, am just studing the form so that when the time comes to fill it up i will not have problems.

do you list primary and secondary schools or you just required to list higher learning institutions that you attended

for example college or university?

No need to list any elementary school education. You can start from high school onward.

While that may work, children also need DS-230's and I wouldn't leave out elementary or middle school for a 13 year old.

Best practice is to interpret "all" to mean "all".

You can't but you can write elementary and middle school information for an adult. PSSST. There are actually adults who haven't attended high school.
