What's bad for you doesn't apply to everyone. I eat cow tripes, pig intestines (tripes), pig ears...and more! If you can't handle it, then it's just a lost for your appetite. But for others, it's good.

I'm with you brother.... dem guts are good.. if they don't like it, they're missing it!! cow lip, brain, tongue, pig's feet, fried tripe, i'm with ya LOL

I HATE tripe, it has a funcky texture which my mum used to try and hide under a white sauce. DID not work. ALong with pickled tongue in sandwiches.

But as for the rest Haggis tastes good, hides a multitude of sins.

And try crumbing lambs brains and fry in bacon. really good.

The whole time I was thinkin' this thread was about TAMALES. Totally different I see. Although the the tripe, tongue, cheek, and feet don't sound bad. Good stuff in my opinion.
