Hi,

I've been looking over regular processing times for the I131 and 765 and mine seems to be a little overdue. I haven't received any notice from USCIS since the NOAs on May 9, 2008. I don't even know if the case has been transferred to CSC.

We're hoping to travel out of the country in less than a month and I was hoping we'd have AP approval by now.

Is there anyway to talk to someone at USCIS or do we just have to wait for email updates, etc? I called their CS number but it's all automated.

I just want to make sure my case is still in the loop, hasn't been lost, etc.

Any advice on how to find out what's going on with my case?

thanks!

There's a very good possibility that you will have your AP within the next few weeks, but not 100% for sure.

If you don't, you will need to postpone your trip or you will not be re-admitted to the U.S. on your return from foreign travel.

Yeah, It seems a long time.

But like Ella I have had no word either and filed in April. Once it is pass the 90 day mark (if it gets that far) then I will do a service request at your local USCIS Office.

All the best and I totally understand how you feel.

Thanks for reassuring me that I should just keep waiting ;)

I thought about requesting an Infopass appt but saw that I should wait until the 90 day mark.

Hopefully the approvals will come soon for all of our cases.
