I think people are fighting out of boredom on the MENA board.

I really find this board hilarious and insane at the moment. What's wrong with everybody!!?!?!

I suggest everyone who doesn't speak fluent Arabiya should take up an Arabic foreign language class. I think it helps English speakers to understand their surroundings when visiting abroad again. Or take a cooking class. I think to say live your day like it's your last should be everyones motto. So in plain words I suggest people should log off for a while and do other productive things with your family/friends in real life - rather than random people online. You're pretty much wasting opinions, thoughts, time, and your LIFE on here fighting and if you're not discussing serious MENA culture questions or visa problems.

ha ha ha me/na thread ? What's the topic again? Log off and do something productive. Nah....I was productive all dayum day. Now it's my time to be totally in chill mode.

Learn a foreign language? oh my brain hurts at that thought. Working, cleaning and waiting for Ibrahim to come home...my days and nights are full.

Random people online? None of my friends here are random. They are all special to me. In fact, I am missing one of my vj friends alot today. 2 weeks ago today she left us suddenly. I miss her ...oh god pass the tissue.

today i....

woke up at 5:30

packed kids lunches

fed kids breakfast

drove kids to two different schools/camps one 20 mins in opposite direction from work

drove to work

worked

went to personal trainer for an hour

worked

drove back to camps/schools to pick up

came home

cooked kids dinners

went rowing (ie the sport in the skinny boats not leisurely in a rowboat)

came home, played with kids

gave kids showers

put kids to bed

now here i am on vj....

and this was a slow day.....

do i seriously need a hobby?!

some people like to decompress online. and for some, it means taking out frustrations on people they have never met. maybe because we/they cant take it out on real people in our life. who knows...

edited to say, i also did two loads of laundry! go me!

Next time a woman does that you should whisper something in your husband's ear, give a sexy look and smile at him while you do it. Then look at that woman with as much pity as you can.

Just a suggestion, but that is what I would do. Let her feel like a fool.
