Hey,

Does anyone have a number that let's you speak with a real person about your case? I tried 1 800 375 5283 and that didn't work. I also tried 1 750 330 1048. That attempt was also futile. I want to try to speak with someone about why my case still hasn't been approved, denied, or had any requests for evidence. Any help is appreciated because this is increasingly infuriating!

did you call during business hours? I called USCIS today and the hold was 25-30 mins. If u wait long enough u will be able to talk to someone (although i dont think they will be very helpful). I also called the 1-800 number.

My fiance called the 1-800 number and got an automated machine too. It's very frustrating but what can you do?

I guess you just have to wait. Better if you have a speaker phone, just let it sit on a table and wait.

Hi,

I understand your frustration in having to wait for what seems like eternity. Trust me it can get worse. I have been stuck for 6 months! I miss my love very much (and I saw her a few months ago). Your processing timeline is still pretty recent. So be patient. I see you have been 'touched". So they may have found a 'name hit" and must investigate. This is the case with me. I am out of my processing time so I did a referral. Of course, I got the standard letter stating that I am getting investigated and to not call them for 6 months from that date. Well I am not taking this laying down. I written my congressman several letters. No one has replied yet so I will keep writting letters. Just do not lose faith and believe in the love you found. It is your strength.

Scott

So in that case maybe we should write letters to his congressman too?? I'm willing to do whatever it takes to speed this ####### up. I bet I do have a name hit cuz I was denied at the border twice and was border blocked for 12 months from nov 04-nov 05.
