Congratulations to those that are been aproved this week and las week as well. I'm getting frustrated because I'd like to take the same trip as well as all of you are , but I'm been left behind. I know that USCIS is processing aplications dated FEb.21 or before and mine is FEb. 22 , however there are some VJ's that are dated after me and are aproved. What's going on? Am I going to get an RFE? Am I going to get denied? or simple they just forgot about my petition !!! :crying:

Eventough my I-130 is aproved and already at NVC it will take 4 months before my wife and child get to the US and if I only get a positive respose from Missouri I will have my family here in 2 months , every day seems to be the longest one. :(

Edited to say..........I remember germangel being in the same boat as you, & she contacted NVC just out of curiosity & to her surprise, she was approved , been at NVC & onto Embassy with out USCIS even telling her

We are in the same boat as you are in and our case is even worse cuz we got our NOA2 on February 8th then touched on Feb 25th and nothing after that...it sounds insane but how is it possible that they have started working on cases dated feb 21st and further whereas we are still waiting for our approval?

Kiny , you are in a more delayed situation than I am. I believe you should follow Germangel's idea and call NVC just in case you haven't done it. I did call NVC but nothing yet , the operator told me to hang in there until the 22nd of this month which is the 90 days deadline

it might be a bit early now but you could call NVC and ask whether they got it or not.

As Amanda said, I was in the same situation. Everyone was getting approved with NOAs way after mine and eventually when the processing date was passed mine, I called NVC.

I can tell you now, calling USCIS is NO GOOD!!! We did that, they did an investigation (October 2005). In February 2006 they finally sent my hubbie an emial telling him when I was approved and stuff.

Haha, funny, I was already in US on my K3 at that time.

Just call NVC from time to time, you might be in for a surprise like I was.

Good luck to you

I feel your frustration. I can only add my words of encouragement. It's impossible to explain why some get approved before others. If you'll look at my timeline you'll see that I'm one of the K3's that's gone ahead of you, but my I-130 was sent the week after yours & you've had your approval on that for a couple of weeks now.

Hang in there, any day now you'll be posting about your K3 NOA2!!! :)

CR-1:

14-Dec-05: Sent I-130 to London for DCF

28-Dec-05: Letter from Embassy denying due to LLR

17-Jan-06: RFE from TX due to "lack of payment"; USCIS won't accept credit card form from Embassy

01-Feb-06: Sent new I-130 to TX with personal check

13-Feb-06: NOA1

02-June-06: NOA2

05-June-06: Case received at NVC; case # assigned

26-June-06: DS-3032 Choice of Agent rec'd via snail mail

06-July-06: DS-3032 COA mailed; AOS bill mailed

24-July-06: IV bill generated

31-July-06: I-864 rec'd via snail mail; IV bill rec'd

31-Aug-06: IV bill mailed (delayed due to move to US)

21-Sep-06: DS-230 rec'd via snail mail

02-Oct-06: DS-230 & I-864 mailed

08-Nov-06: Case completed at NVC & forwarded to London Embassy!!!

28-Feb-07: Final Interview at London Embassy

01-Mar-07: Visa in hand!!!

Removal of Conditions:

16-Feb-09: I-751 sent to VSC

23-Feb-09: I-751 NOA1

10-Apr-09: Biometrics Appt

02-Sep-09: Approved - 10-yr Green Card Production Ordered
