today my husband called the Cairo embassy and asked about K3 and he was surprised by th ewoman there telling him that "they never recieved our case"""" yet!!!!

how come if NVC said to us they have sent our case to Cairo at the 4th of May and by following it by DHL we found out that they recieved our case at the7Th in the early morning!!!

so how come they say they never recieved it !!!! :angry::angry:

AOS JOURNEY:

2007- April -25: AOS SENT AND FILED

2007- April -27:AOS package delivered

2007- May -05: NOA1 recieved in Mail

2007- May -23: Biometrics Appointment @ 9 Am

2007- May -15: RFE recieved

2007- June-05:RFE paper sent

2007- June-08: RFE recieved

2007- August- 08 : Interview at 10 A.M

2007- october- 04 :Card production ordered

2007-october- 05: Welcome letter recieved in mail

2007-october-11 : Approval notice sent

Hang tight. When your case goes to the embassy a copy is transmitted via an electronic cable. Then the hard copy has to go to the embassy. Once the hard copy arrives it has to be matched page for page with the electronic copy then it shows as in the system at the embassy/consulate. Sometimes this takes a few days if the embassy is very busy. You should have news soon. (F)

Feb 27 2006 - AOS form and IV Bill issued

Mar 23 2006 - AOS and IV Bill sent to NVC

Apr 10 2006 - DS230 received and sent right back

Apr 28 2006 - case complete

May 2 2006 - sent to Consulate

May 4 2006 - received at Consulate

August 6 2008 - touched

February 22, 2009 - touched

March 24, 2009 - card production ordered

April 4, 2009 - Green Card in mail

Aug 31 - Oct 20 2005at NBC

Oct 26 - Nov 3 2005 at NVC

Jan 10 2006- Visa interview

Feb 09 2006- Flying to Tulsa

I-130 Timeline with USCIS:

It took 92 days for I-130 to get approved from the filing date

NVC Process of I-130:

It took 78 days to complete the NVC process

Interview Process at The U.S. Embassy

Interview took 223 days from the I-130 filing date. Immigrant Visa was issued right after the interview
