I don't pretend i know everything and all but i think it's just a little delayed because of the RFE that's all.

our AOS case was updated again shows that they have received it at the other office in the CSC and resumed processing and reviewing the case :) Hope it's not too long now. still can't look up the EAD hope thats not a problem! Do you think they forgot that we applied for that as well and we never get it? ahhhh worrying again and i probably shouldn't be!

congratz on the interview melusine, tell us how it goes tomorrow with the answer from the job!

Hmm those few who are waiting for their EAD have their AOS transferred to CSC already...so that's a good news ?? than those who have their EAD but their AOS was not transferred yet? Which one is better? JUst curious what other's think on this? :whistle:

I received my interview letter this past Tuesday! Appointment on December 5th at 11am in Boston.

What's curious is that there haven't been ANY touches in my I-485 or my I-130 since my biometrics or even before that (respectively). I didn't get any indication at all that my case had been moved to the local office. Yet, here it is: the appointment letter for Boston.

Awesome Initac !

Richo, it's best to go to CSC because it's in general faster with no interview.

In your case, since u r in the LA area you will most probably have an interview and your timeline will most probably look like mine (check my signature)...which mean no news, before January

Also, I am calling some help from anyone in the thread with great skills in excel to take in charge the July stats since i will soon not have much time to update it and i want to keep it active, so if anyone is interested, send me a PM.

Basically how it works is that i would send you the original xls file to keep on your desktop, and you would have to update the list depending on what you see happening in the thread. Then, when any significant change is made, just go and upload the new version online... and check if it shows online, That's it.

Sometime after they send the approval notice it will arrive the next day or after 2 days, just keep on stalking the mailman hehe :devil: My second EAD was send today. I will have two EAD's with two different receipt number but same person and same alien number and NOBODY NOTICES??? :wacko::blink: Anyways I wish I can give it to someone in here who are still waiting for their EAD. :blink: And tomorrow is my written test for driver's license I just read it today I hope I pass :bonk: I hope i won't answer nursing stuff to driving stuff mixing info in my head..information overload:dead:

I applied for my SSN 2 weeks ago but I still didn't get one.

They told me it takes 2-4 weeks and I could not apply for an ID or get a job until it is "verified"? :blink:

I should wait until they send it to me (she was very harshly :angry: )
