Hello there !

After a long period with 0 touches (the last and first one was the 1st of august when i registered online)

i just got the 2 CRIS email for AP (approval notice sent) and EAD (card production ordered).

Can't wait to see it in real !

Oh! and i want to add.... if the folks at uscis feel like transferring my file to csc ... please feel free since you are in the file ! :rolleyes::P

Still waiting for ours i'm starting to think that they are avoiding ours since they have to process so many just for us they dont want to open the file lol

After a long period with 0 touches (the last and first one was the 1st of august when i registered online)

i just got the 2 CRIS email for AP (approval notice sent) and EAD (card production ordered).

NickyMcMillan (my husband) just got an email today that the AP was approved on the 19th. It seems like the 19th was a very productive day for the USCIS!

I cannot even get a State ID. Mine is already expired. DMV said I have to get EAD, so they can renew my ID. I cannot even get a driver license. I feel that those officers are totally ignoring my file!!!!!!!!!!!!!

How come they cannot process cases based on the received dates?

Yes, that is really messed up. So sorry for you. I am adjusting from other visa, and I was lucky to have d/s on my I-94 which allowed me to get 4 years valid state ID. At least something......

Hope all of us start working soon

Yes...its really frustrating..Im a nurse and i have nice job offers but I can't work without the work permit..Let's not loose hope..in right time ours will be approve too :star:

I can understand you're frustrated, sunshine. My husband is so bored and frustrated, too....and like you, he can't even get an ID, etc. Just remember that this wait is nothing compared to waiting for the K-1 approval and the visa....it took a while for us to be reunited with our loved ones. Let's count our blessings that we are all reunited but unfortunately, we have to deal with USCIS again. :(

Just a bit more patience....we will ALL cross the finish line. We've had NO touches since 8/7/08 either so don't worry.

also i think they are processing by receiving order but then they probably share the files between agents, some are working at home if i remember something i read here, some have more complicated case, some go in vacation or so....

This is why, at the end, we see so much difference between one case or another... it's just random.

Guyz, i have a question... I already have my EAD. I did not file AP because i never though of leaving the country until i get my Green Card. Now i Need to go back to the Philippines because of my father. He is so sick and the doctor don't know what's wrong. He have stroke. I want to go back home. My question is, if i file AP how long will it take and do i have to pay a fee or something??? IS there any other way i can go to Philippines and i can still came back here in America???

I doubt they are ignoring your file. They will get around to it. Your NOA for AOS is 7 days behind me. I got approved last Friday. So maybe yours is only a few days away?

HI jackie sorry about your father's condition...I dont know about your answer..why don't you try and call USCIS..maybe you can go home even with just the work permit...god bless..
