Beneficiary emails DS-3032 (Choice of Agent form) to NVC at NVCINQUIRY@state.gov

Important:

1) Subject line of email must contain NVC Case#, Beneficiary Full Name and Date of Birth

Step 2 (Around 1 week after Step1 above)

DS-3032 entered into NVC System

Step 3 (within 1 week after Step2 above)

NVC Invoices Immigrant Visa (DS-230) Fee Bill online

Step 4 (No extra time needed)

The agent pays IV Fee Bill ($400) online using bank checking account (no credit card)

what is that for? i know i have to pay $70 plus $400? thanks please help me

The $70 is for the AOS fee and the $400 is for the IV Bill (DS-230). You can pay online, only with a banking account, or the old-fashioned way, by check or money order in the mail. The online way takes 2 business days or less to process, mail takes a week or so.

It´s better than the $1100 or so you would pay for a K-3 to be adjusted in the end.

first u would need to go to lotos thread and look at the flow chart (under nvc fastest process) thread

u would first pay AOS 70$ online using ur debit card, and u need ur IIN number and case number to logon (call NVC to get ur iin number)

then after a week or so you pay 400$

There are 2 ways (or was) sometimes they put the number on the fee bills sent out (doesnt seem to be happening that much) or you have to call and ask them for it, you will most likely need to call many times to speak to different people because from my understanding of it NVC is still giving people a hard time when asking for the number, some even state that it is not possible to use the online payment system.
