CASE COMPLETE

i heard the magic words!

as of june 3rd my case has been completed.. im very thanksful to VJ

honestly, couldnt have done it with yals help!!

she said to call bak in a week to get the interview date, as they schedule in the second week of the month!!

im flyin to india to be with my husband for the interview in chennai

wish us luck.. but im sohapy

its such a relief!! :dance:

Damn, that's awesome!!!! So happy to hear your case complete news!!! Congratulations!!!!! They received mine yesterday so hoping to hear case complete soon :) Do you think my wife has chance of getting interview in July or do they only schedule people that have been approved by the second week. Just wondering since mine may get approved next week....

HYD - CONGRATS AGAIN!!! SO HAPPY FOR YOU!

Desiboy - You should be able to get a July interview if your case is approved before next Monday - they told hyd and I "June 9th" but the point is that they schedule interviews for July during 2nd week of June so you should be approved by the time that week starts to get fair consideration for the next month ...

5/24/10 : I-751 Packet sent to VSC

5/26/10 : Delivered to SAINT ALBANS VT 05479 @ 11:46am

5/27/10 : NOA1 Date (based on scanned check image)

5/28/10 : Funds withdrawn from bank account

6/04/10 : NOA1 (I-797) received, confirming above NOA1 receipt date.

7/31/10 : Biometrics letter received - Appointment date of 8/11/10!

8/11/10 : Biometrics done!

8/29/10 : GC received (sometime last week lol)! (WOW!)

for my husbands medical he had immunization proof for MMR, a note from family doctor stating he had chicken pox as a kid (with the scars to prove it) and the panal physician gave him 3 injection at the cost of 150$ US. They were pnuemonia, flu vaccine, and Tdap.

We are a few of the the lucky first to take advantage of the on-line system. Ot is about time they truely do something like this in the name of "reuniting families!" I am so happy for you and everyone else who has traveled this part of the process with us over the last month. I am waiting for next week to hear about the interview date as well. I hope we all make July our month of independance from the heartache of being apart from our SO.
