Hey there everyone! I received a transfer notice in the mail today for my AOS saying that our case file has been transferred to the CSC to speed up the process ( ya right!!!) anyway was just wondering that with the transfer does that mean we might get approved without an interview? I mean it doesn't really matter one way or the other just so long as I get the approval, but I was just curious! I've read on here from time to time that some get the approval without the interview when their case was transferred to CSC!

So if anyone knows one way or the other any info would be greatly appreciated!

Ya'll have a great day!

Typically a transfer results in approval without interview, though I have seen a few get sent back to NBC to be sent to field office for interview. Ours went to CSC and got approved without.

Time to update profile, you are no longer K-1, you are AOS (Pending)
