Did anyone else file their I-130 in November and is going through Consular Processing? Let's compare notes and keep track. I am still waiting for NOA2. Anyone else still waiting?

Im still waiting too, our times are very near each other. My petition was mailed on the 16th and arrived n the 19th. NOA1 is Jan 24th.

It is so frustrating to just sit around and wait. I try not to check the status but i cannot help it. I always check but never any changes. My case was last updated on January 24th when i was able to see it online but other than that, it has not been touched since. NOt even when i call. I never see any changes.

Mine was last updated Feb. 24th , thats when it was in the online system, it is a frustrating thing and I have so many other things going on right now in my life the word stress makes it seem as if im sugar coating it.

I did too. We sended in November 5th 2007 , NOA1 in january 2008 and we still wait for NOA2 .And no any touch .

Hi I am Ximena from Chile and my USC fiancee and I are also November filers... the only thing that has happened is my fiancee (USC) rec'd a notice for his biometric interview in Dallas.

The USCIS website has never changed... still says...

Hi ,I am trudger24 filed I-130 0n November 14, Noa1 on 1/24/08, touched 2/24/08 and just sit and wait no fun at all,keep saying they will work on I-130 this week but never happens

Vermont Service Center is absolutely ridiculous. California is light years ahead in terms of Processing. It also drives me crazy to see people who filed in March getting NO2. Its great for them, but sux for us. I truly begin to wonder if they've lost our file, but then I come on here and see others in my predicament! A well-placed op-ed piece in the NYTimes or Washington Post would probably do the trick and shame them into getting their act together.

If NO2 doesn't come this month! I'll have to move to JA with my hubby!!!

I filed I-130 on Dec 12, 2007. and still waiting for NOA2.

Check visajourney's processing time for CR1/CR2, it indicates March 1, 2008 hass been processed for VSC. Why I haven't heard anything yet?

I'm on the same boat as most of you guys here.

Last touch on Feb 24th, 2008 nothing after that still waiting for a god d1amn NOA2.

It feels like i've been waiting for years..

Somehow it seems that the people suffering are the ones from October, November and December. It seems like if you filed in April at the Vermont Service Center, you are more likely to be approved quickly. It absolutely does not make any sense to me.
