thanks :) you will receive yours soon,,, USCIS will approve your EAD and AP :) within 5 days after service request. (same with mine, I got Rfe too)

Thank you too... :D I just can`t wait for it to happen!!!! I hope service request will help and maybe even do some magic, so I can finally start working :dancing: hehhehhe

From the other hand I can tell that all the AOS process makes you realize who you really are! :diablo:;) No kidding! I used to think I am a veeeeery patient person (2 months after filing->still :innocent: cuz no biggy, right? ;-) )but hey, no one else but USCIS proved me wrong ( 4 months after filing and waiting a bit too long for EAD to come-> :girlwerewolf2xn: ) ! heheheheeh

Anyway, still have hair on my head and hope for the best! ;):energy:

4 months for my ead too... I really tried my best to be positive, not whine, patience ------up to the sky :P :P but sometimes I can't really help it..

Hubby received GC Saturday in the mail!! One question...he is from the Middle East where they have lots of names and it has his first name, middle name and part of his third name on there but not all of it.....the part of the third name says abdet but it is actually abdel...should we contact uscis and inform them?

Congrats! Unfortunatelly, the name of your husband should be spelled correctly on his greencard. I don't think it matters that his name is not fully displayed on the card but the names that are on there should be correctly spelled.

Congrats! Unfortunatelly, the name of your husband should be spelled correctly on his greencard. I don't think it matters that his name is not fully displayed on the card but the names that are on there should be correctly spelled.

We had a few correspondences sent to us where it was spelled incorrectly and when he went for his biometrics he told them and the man said type it on here like it should be. He did and we called 3x to USCIS to get it changed but still have the one letter mispelled on the part of the third name (which by the way is so long it wasn't all on there anyways). Do we just call USCIS or is there a form that you have to fill out? Thanks for any help!!

USCIS has finally noticed the mid-June filers. My case, eversince I had 3 infopass has been tocuhed almost every other day. Today is the 4th touched, hopefully I will get the approval soon without any interview. :dance:
