not necessarily. plenty of convicted felons "own" a handgun even though it's illegal.and their 2nd amendment rights have been revoked.

mmmm how can they do that when we purchase anything hand gun rifle for hunting anything we have to do our finger prints to be able to purchase it........sure results are with in minutes but is this place offering that? if not how they getting away with it?

No, the second amendment codifies my right to keep and bear arms, it is not why I own one. I own one for self-defense, the most basic human right.

No, the problem is the minority of guns which are in the hands of criminals, not the vast majority of them which are owned by law-abiding, decent people.
