This is wonderful news!

Do gather as much evidence as you can, no matter how small or insignificant it may seem. As many photos as possible; hand-written correspondence between the two of you; evidence of visits and of course those phone records. If you have any wedding plans such as proof of reservation dates for a hall or a caterer, take that.

When are you going to the islands? Make sure you arrive with enough time before the interview so you are rested and ready for the interview, and so that you and your fiance have had enough time to become 'reacquainted' if that makes sense. There always seemed to be a day or two of 'weirdness' between Wes and me after we had been separated..........

Good luck to you and try to relax between now and then. I do think that most likely the CO wants to observe the two of you together rather than look at mountains of evidence, but if you go prepared that demonstrates your convictions even further.

I just wanted to update everyone that the CO finally replied to my emails this morning stating: "The officer was not inclined to issue the visa and needs to talk to the petitioner regarding her relationship with her fiance. We are requesting an interview with the petitioner before the visa can be issued. Please make arrangements to come to the Embassy." YES!!!

My interview is set for June 11th. My fiance and I will go to the embassy together and this time, I am armed with about 3" worth of evidence which includes ALL my cell phone bills, the phone records I requested from the online site I've been using which shows the date, origin #, destination #, and the duration of each calls I made to my fiance. I will also bring letters of support from my friends and my father.

Things are looking so much brighter for us now! Please keep us in your thoughts and prayers and wish us luck!

That is really Great News!!! Best of Luck @ the interview!!!!
