Hi Roza Thanks for your reply

following are the queries in my maid...

Who is the Agent in ur case ? It's you (from India) or your Husband ?

As u have mentioned that u paid the IV bill online . so what u did with the hard copy of IV bill .

Did you send that back to NVC or u filed it with you.

Thanks all for your reply

How safe is it to pay IV bill online without receiving the Hard copy ?

I think safe, I paid the AOS fee online and it was quick, just last week. I'm now waiting for my IV fee bill online, actually which leads to my question

Has anyone's SO sent the email to NVC for the Change of Representive(DS3032) so I can receive the letters instead of her(not sure of the term, I'm leaving for work)....

I'm expecting a change on the online State Department site so I can pay the IV Fee.... My wife has not received her return email as of today, she sent the email, I beleive last wedsnday. I beleive it has only been 3 days so far. Just a little impatient.

Anyone who did the James' shortcut might know this answer.

I think it is very safe. I paid my IV Fee Bill online this past Saturday, May 17th. I checked online this morning, and my status went to paid. I was able to print the coversheet to submit the DS 230 package. I just got off the phone with an operator at NVC (only 2 calls to get through). They verified receipt of my payment and that it was now ok to send in the DS 230 package.

Come on post office!!! Open up!!! I have an Express Mail envelope for you!!! ;)

My AOS and IV fee bill invoices were generated simultaneously and I can see them on the online payment website, just 10 days after my I-130 is approved. I paid both immediately. It took 2 days to clear the payment, after which you can print out the bar-code cover sheet and use them to send out the AOS and DS230 package. I expect to finish my NVC stage soon. By then it will only take me one month since the approval of I-130.
