hi VJs, the weird thing is that many of these problems r happening while dealing with the vermont service, it is crazy and unfair ?????????????????????????????stay strong and dont let them get on u ?

Gogo.......if i didn't spend 3500 already on a no good lawyer, maybe i would follow your lead.

Unfortunately I can't afford any more legal assistance, nor do I trust any of them.

I hope you have some success with yours.

Did you ever receive a letter saying that you would receive a decision within 45-60 days???

I received one on April 14th, and today my AMAZING lawyer said that she received an email saying the same thing.

Little does she know that I already knew that info long before she did. I'm not speaking with her or returning her emails. And she has no concern whatsoever. Interesting huh?

Well I'm only asking if you received one to know if it was a lie or not.

Have a good day.

Bless

I am in the same boat. Its ridiculous, unfortunatly its not backround checks or anything like that. Its just that we have an extremly incompetent USCIS as well as many other branches in our govt. I am here in Colombia now again with my wife the second time we are hoping to get an approval while im here. I have wasted time with worthless phone calls and everything else one might think would help. Its very obvious when you speak to these people that the education and knowledge levels are lower then 3rd grade. Incredible.

I can only imagine how the people are feeling that are unablee to travel for long periods to be with love ones while being tortured by our govt.

VSC folks need to stop merry making and do some work.. It been 10 months now and still processing??? what the hell..Pathetic USCIS! This thing can only happen in America. Totally f**ked up.

yea its still on the desk of the officer awaiting his decision. #######?!?!?!?!

my congressman's office called today only to get the same dumb f#$@ing answer.

he will call again thursday and won't stop until we are approved.

this guy is great as far as calling and putting on some pressure, but is it actually working????

i asked how long it could sit with an officer, and he said not too long.(from his previous experience)

how long is not too long??

IT'S ALREADY BEEN TOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO LONG.

DO YOUR JOB!!!!!!!!!!

Oh no it can't.

I've had some experience with immigration law here, and it can be just as frustrating. At USCIS at least you get someone on the phone when you call (okay, that often won't help you any further  , but still).

302 days since my NOA1 of I130. 266 for the I129F. I'm so sad and angry.

This is really unacceptable. What more can I do? other than wait.

My lawyer has no answers. Each time my congressman calls, they say it is with an officer who still needs to make a decision.(which i guess is good)

How f$%#ing long does it take to make a decision, especially for those couples waiting this long.

I'm saddened even more when I'm seeing all of these VJ members being approved when they filed LONG after me.

I guess I should be happy for you guys, which I am, but it hurts. It really hurts.

If there was a problem with something I would have received an RFE, and I have received none.

Sorry it's my last complaining i will do this week. More to come i'm sure in the next week.

:angry::crying::angry::crying::angry::crying::angry::crying::angry::crying::angry::crying::angry::crying:

Keep praying. I know how hard the waiting period is, our case needs judgement too. Keep the faith alive!!! Goodluck to all of us.
