Peace to All creatures great and small............................................

But when we turn to the Hebrew literature, we do not find such jokes about the donkey. Rather the animal is known for its strength and its loyalty to its master (Genesis 49:14; Numbers 22:30).

Ain't no secret: There's just nothing quite like the South. I lived there for about a decade and I can't wait to make my way back down there. There's just something very attractive about the South.
Yah they're called trees... I hear there's not many left up North

That too, I suppose. But there's something bigger than that that makes the South the South.

the slower pace...the slow drawl...the genteel demeanor (yes, there are some that are meaner'n snakes though), the food, the iced tea, the landscapes...the South has a lot!

That lovely blue shade the sky has to it instead of that nasty gray smog look???

That ain't it, either. It's the people. Really. Much more relaxed and laid back than folks in the MidWest and NorthEast. Gotta love the southern folks and their hospitality.

I agree... I lasted about 2 weeks in NYC back in the day with my ex husband before I had to bolt!

I love the slower pace but it's quickly diminishing.. except on the highways in the mornings when you really need to get to work! I keep looking for that invisible stop sign that everyone else but ME can see!!!

I was born and raised in NC/SC and have been here all my life and my family is from the mountains here so we're really country. It would be PERFECT here if it just wasn't so dang HOT all summer!
