Baskin Robbins is honoring America's Firefighters by

selling ice cream for $.31 cents per scoop on Wednesday, April 30th

between 5 and 10 pm. Grab your friends, and/or the kids and have a cool

one! This fundraiser for the firefighters is an important one for them,

so let's go out and have ice cream and support a great cause.

Just to clarify... at the bottom of the Baskin Robbins website, it says this: "2.5oz scoops are 31 cents plus tax where applicable. Limit 10 scoops per person, per purchase." In other words, if you want ice cream in anything other than a 2.5oz scoop, it'll be more than 31 cents; furthermore, there's always tax to be added and you can't get as many as you desire.

I'm not trying to "rain on anyone's parade" here. I just don't want someone going there all excited and then being disappointed with the results. :)

well it says '31 cent scoop'...i dont get how that would give the impression of anything but a '31 cent scoop'

was anyone intending on purchasing 11 scoops for themself?

Apparently, they're allowing 10 scoops per person. I was just pointing out the numerical limit on scoops as well as the scoop size listed (2.5oz) since Baskin Robbins does have more than one and I'm sure there will be at least a few people who go there expecting to get larger sizes for 31 cents.

good news indeed

Peace to All creatures great and small............................................

But when we turn to the Hebrew literature, we do not find such jokes about the donkey. Rather the animal is known for its strength and its loyalty to its master (Genesis 49:14; Numbers 22:30).

.31 cents is cheap. 3 for a penny. I likey.

"The fact that we are here today to debate raising America’s debt limit is a sign of leadership failure. It is a sign that the U.S. Government can’t pay its own bills. It is a sign that we now depend on ongoing financial assistance from foreign countries to finance our Government’s reckless fiscal policies."

31 cents? That's really weird...

It was like "customer appreciation day" or something at BR yesterday and they do it at all locations, or are meant to, but I thought they were all FREE. Ours is free

And it's very cute come on, one scoop of whatever flavor and you get a cone if you want and :o I went for the first time ever, always bypassed before...expecting a mad rush but it was actually very nice. I don't even think you could probably buy other ice cream if you wanted to that day, think the register was shut...

I like the way ours did it better than this 31 cents stuff, seems silly :\ Ours was just free, so tons faster I reckon, but still charity set up so most people that aren't complete ahems drop in a buck or two.

OOHHH You know what I just realized ours was Ben and Jerry's not Baskin Robbins. No wonder. Pssh BR never even been there.

Ben and Jerry's rocks :) They're also the ones here that give you free ice cream for going and donating blood. Their PR people are nice and smart :)
