Hi all,

I am in the process of finalizing my I-129F petition for my fiancee, Gracy, from China. My brother has lived in China for 6 years, and upon visiting him in October 07 I met his friend Gracy and the rest is history :-) I visited her in February and plan to visit her again in June.

Preparation for the I-129F was more time consuming than I thought it would be, but I am now putting the finishing touches on my petition packet.

I have two questions specific to the Form g-325a that is submitted as part of the packet.

1) Gracy and I have each completed our g-325a which has four identical forms each. Do I need to attach one passport photo each for Gracy and me, or four passport photos each for Gracy and me? I feel dumb asking this question, and I'm probably over-analyzing this....but I don't know whether to treat our g-325a forms as one form or four forms? Anyone that has successfully submitted a g-325a can you please answer?

2) Since Gracy is from China, her native language is other than Roman letters. Towards the bottom of the 325a form, in the box below the Signature, it says "If your native alphabet is in other than Roman letters, write your name in your native alphabet below:" However, I'm not sure exaclty what "below" means. There is some room within the same box, but smaller than I would expect to write a name in non-Roman characters. "Below" could also mean the box outlined by heavy border at the very bottom of the document. Does anyone know which is the right place to write her name in her native language on the g-325a?

Thanks for any help you can provide me. This is an awesome website that has helped me greatly in getting this far on my own...I know there's still a long way to go.

1. I successfully completed this packet and am waiting for out interview with the embassy but i cant exactly remember what I did. I think we sent in four pics for each. It won't hurt to be overprepared or whatever. but yea Id just wait for someone else to answer this who has JUST RECENTLY completed it.

2. have u looked at the example forms? she needs to write her name in the SAME box it says it. As in, below the question, write her name.

Good luck!

Thanks for any help you can provide me. This is an awesome website that has helped me greatly in getting this far on my own...I know there's still a long way to go.

Anyone that has successfully submitted a g-325a can you please answer? Its one passport photo each. Just label them as stated in the guides.

2) Since Gracy is from China, her native language is other than Roman letters. Towards the bottom of the 325a form, in the box below the Signature, it says "If your native alphabet is in other than Roman letters, write your name in your native alphabet below:" However, I'm not sure exaclty what "below" means. "Below" could also mean the box outlined by heavy border at the very bottom of the document. Does anyone know which is the right place to write her name in her native language on the g-325a? It would be the box in which the question is contained. I think it looks sufficient to write one's name. Maybe its just me. Either way, it is not the box with the heavy border.

Thanks for any help you can provide me. This is an awesome website that has helped me greatly in getting this far on my own...I know there's still a long way to go.

I have 5 of these forms for my fiance, and she completed the first then signed the other four.

What is it exactly that I need to submit?

Do I only need one 245

Or can I just photocopy the one she completed, so it will be an original and three copies?

Or do I need to fill out the blank ones with the same info as the first one?

Thank-you for your help in answering this one...

She needs to fill out four copies - (yes they are the same) and sign all four of them. You will need to send all four with the original signatures (and your 4 also) with the I129f. Most times when you fill out one it fills the other four also - so maybe she can try again/another website. Good Luck
