In September of 2007 my Fiancee was denied a Visiting visa.

Is that going to affect us and our K1 visa? (Her Visa)

Thanks

 The prior denial of a B1/B2 has no effect on the current process to obtain K-1.

Just make sure that when filing the DS-156 (for the interview) your fiance lists her prior visa denials and dates.

Mmmmmm. When i was in Canada in 2006. I was going to visit the States by car. They wouldnt let me in and turned me away back to Canada, reason was, i didnt have a return ticket. They didnt stamp my passport. Will i have to explain that for when we file the K1

Yes I believe you will. I know my fiancee needs to state what happened in her denial.

No, DS-156 (Visa application that needs to be filled out for the interview stage) only asks to list pror visa denials and you were denied entry but you were not denied a visa.

I don't think you should explain it, unless you are directly asked about it entry denials at the interview, which I doubt they ask.

Was your fiance denied a tourist visa or was she denied entry at the POE?

I just dont want to hide anything from them. In case they ask me why i never mentioned this before.

Well, if they ask you "Why you never mentioned it before?" (Which I doubt) You can answer that you never said, because you were never asked. I don't remember if there is such question on any other form. So you really have no opportunity to give that info. unless you are directly asked about it.

My fiancee tried to get a tourist visa last year and was denied. On one of the forms (DS-156K) there is a question about previous visa denials. We listed it and at the interview the consular asked her and she said she wanted to come visit me, meet my family, and see if she would like NY. He said "OK" and moved on, no big deal.

I was denied entry twice- I wrote both denials on my forms and I was asked about them at my K3 interview. It didn't seem to be a big deal to the interviewer- when I told him it was "lack of ties to Canada", he giggled and said "yup, it happens often." I got my visa.
