Safest way to send docs? USPS express? UPS?

Hi. I"m sending the i-751 package today. I've heard different ways to send it. I called the UPS store and they first mentioned UPS with tracking, but I know it's to a PO Box so they said I couldn't do that. So then they said USPS express, but they said they couldn't certify it and there was no tracking.

Then they suggested I go to the US Post office since they may know, instead of going to a UPS store. Any suggestions? thanks in advance!

USPS because USPS can deliver to the PO Box, UPS and other couriers cannot.

Use certified mail, so if for some reason something happens, you will have a record of sending, you will have a post marked receipt, USCIS will accept the POST Mark as evidence that the package was sent before CR-Green-card expiration.

OUR TIME LINE Please do a timeline it helps us all, thanks.

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.

I sent mine regular first class and put a signature required (whatever it is called) on it. It will notify you when it has arrived. Lady in the post office said they were used to mail with signatures required.

If you wish to upgrade to priority mail from first class mail, you can also request a return receipt and a delivery confirmation with your USPS priority mail package. There are small fees attached to that but with the first one they send you back a small card that tells you exactly when it was delivered and has the stamp of the person accepting it, and you can track the Delivery Confirmation on line through the tracking number they give you and you will know exactly when it arrives. I figured for something as important as my I-751 application it was worth it to me to pay a little bit more. (PO box, btw, means "post office box").

“...Isn't it splendid to think of all the things there are to find out about? It just makes me feel glad to be alive--it's such an interesting world. It wouldn't be half so interesting if we knew all about everything, would it? There'd be no scope for imagination then, would there?”
