What Religion Are You?

Me- Christian (since 1982) Husband- Islam (born & raised thus far)

We both sincerely love, believe and have faith in God (of Bible and Quran)

That's what matters.

Actually, what I think matters more than anything is that spouses can come to some sort of agreement on religion if they are of different faiths, especially if they plan to bring children into a mixed faith household. I don't think what matters is that they both have faith in God, but that they can accept each other's beliefs.

As for us, hubster = atheist

Me = religion doesn't have a place in my life. I'm mostly agnostic, but I feel a connection to some Buddhist philosophies, but don't actively practice it and I don't think Buddhism is a religion. So I put "agnostic".

Emphatic YES! Having been raised in a household where this was not the case I can safely vouch for this being of the utmost importance.

Alex & I are both agnostic - we don't really give two figs. Religion doesn't factor into our lives at all.

I was baptized Catholic, but now consider myself agnostic. In a nutshell, I believe that if there is a God(s)/higher power/spiritual being, it's beyond human capacity to understand.

One of my good friends is becoming a mambo (Voudou) and is also Catholic. I know there are a lot of similarities between Santeria and Voudou. I know some Santeros who are also Houngans.

(Orishas are Orixas in Portuguese - there exist similarities to Candomble too - all coming from the Africans who were brought to the Americas as slaves.)

I was christened as C of E (Christian...) But do not practice any religion at all. I am a complete fence sitter... I voted agnostic.

Chris is Christian, but doesn't attend church all that much.
