Now there's an understatement. :hehe:

1st - Your boyfriend is married?

2nd - He was in the US for 19 years but was sponsored in 2000?

3rd - His eldest daughter is too young to sponsor her father. She needs to be 21. Don't know about the legalities of applying for more than one visa, though, if there is a case already pending.

4th - If your boyfriend is married and being sponsored by his wife..... well.... visa fraud pops into my head pretty quickly.

5th - Vermont only approves petitions. They don't approve visas.

Hi,

As much as i wanted to give you answers, but i am sorry, i don't fully understand what you meant. 19 years, did he use a work visa ? In 2000, he was being sponsored by his wife? His case was pending when he left USA and now its approved? Why did you ask if his daughter can petition him if he is already being approved?Im sorry, im confused with the statement. If you may elaborate more please.. 503082ualafzusnv.gif

He would be facing a 10 year bar upon readmission, if he remained in the USA from 1989 until 2000 without status, unless his US citizen spouse filed a waiver of inadmissibiity.
