We/I have:

Attended a live theater production

Visited an art museum

I have done at least once:

Scuba diving

Mountain climbing

Ice skating

The following are true:

Spend more than $75 a month on cell phne service (4 lines)

Spend more than $50 a week dining out

Probably spent more than $100 on DVD/movies last year (hubby is a DVD addict :D )

Probably spent more than $100 on books (nongifts) over the last year ... (all four of us like to read and we have varied reading interests)

Not on your list:

Attended a concert (Mannheim Steamroller, not sure how to classify them)

Attended a rock concert (just last month in fact, Def Leppard/REO Speedwagon/Styx)

I've had hang gliding lessons. I'm usually scared of heights but the lessons were not too bad. Not sure if I can go any higher though (will probably need to wear Depend  )

I've also been on a small boat, in the middle of the sea, no lights, engines off. But it was a small commercial passenger boat going from one small island to another in the Philippines. Lucky for us the sea was calm and they managed to bring everything back up  . And yes, it was beautiful especially since the moon was full that night.

Styx is still around? Wow! :P I should have added any musical concert. I'd love to hang glide...I'll bet that was exciting.

I'll have to try getting in a boat at night next time I'm in the PI, but the water is a bit different...much more calm and shallow than off the coast of So. Cal. :)

I've attended all of the things listed in the first box, although the symphony orchestra was actually playing adapted rock music. :P I'd love to go to more classical music concerts, though - trying to persuade my mother to go to The Proms with me in London this summer.

I'm not very brave, but have still managed to go downhill skiing and water-rafting, both of which I loved. Took some tears and swallowing of fears, though. I'd really love to go SCUBA diving some time. The water doesn't scare me nearly as much as hurtling down a slope or falling through the air does.

I spend far too much on books and DVDs. Think I spent over $100 on books in December alone (although I did receive a $50 book token). My cell phone bill is also often high because I text Alex too much. I don't own a TV.

Charles - that comic is so true! Often the descriptions accompanying pieces of art are more artistic than the art itself.

Yes, Styx is still around. We were mostly there for Def Leppard and REO Speedwagon but they're as old as Styx.:D The music was still great though!

Hang gliding is a lot of fun!! You really should try it. :)

I've done basically everything. My cousin has a plane and my uncles go skydiving almost every single weekend over our land in the middle of nowhere. We do lots of jackazz type stunts too. A few months ago we decided it would be fun to strap outselves to a boogie board and get pulled around a massive field by a 4 wheeler. I wiped out so many times I gave up because I was so sore. Love to go hiking, repelling and lots of outdoors stuff. We have a small bit of land (only 50 acres) in KY near the natural bridge. We use that as our base when we go kayaking and canoeing. Can't wait until it's warmer out so we can do more outdoor stuff again.

I went skydiving once and loved it, but once is enough for me.

I like to visit art museums, see shows, go to festivals...etc. so hubby and I do that. The only things that we really spend money on, though, are going to the movies and on cable - but that is because it's so damn expensive where we live.

Hmm this poll made me sad about myself. Thanks a lot! :P

I have been to small concerts over the past couple years, but didn't click anything for that.

All the others in the first category...nope, not in the past couples years. Longer ago.

Second category...ice skating. Which I was not good at. I have been on a sail boat once too. (forgot to mark it!) Would never bungee jump or skydive. :P I swam in a shark pond once though! That's something isn't it? (ok they were small sharks that stayed at the bottom)

Last category:

I spend more than $50 a month on cable/satellite television--well it includes internet actually.

Hmm las year I was at the library a few times but not this year yet.

The rest-nope.

Cell phones bill is about $64

Eating out is maybe $30-40

We are too cheap to go to new movies, and while I was pregnant I didn't feel like sitting in a theater. So we'd rent once in awhile. We are also too frugal to buy movies and CDs all the time. Gotta save! Maybe if we had tons of extra money we'd do more of those things. But for now, saving $ is better to do.
