I have a feeling I am not more than 3, that's right!!! 3 lingering 2007, K3 VSC applicants because it seems that the forums are full of CSC people encouraging and exchanging information with one another. CSCers you get my respect!

VSCers where are you?

I barely find a VSC K3 for 2007, here and there.

I feel like I'm in the dark...Sent 130 on Sept 6 2007, Sent 129F Jan 2 2008. Got the NOA1 for both but nothing since then?

Any VSC on or after September 2007 out there getting K3 touches? or any touches at all? I GOT NOTHING!!! MORE THAN 6 MONTHS and all I got is NOTHING!!!...THANK YOU VSC!!!

I honestly feel like they forgot about me...

WOW!!

Sorry to hear you are waiting forever and 1 day. It appears we are at about the same point.......we have both received NOA1 on both apps and waiting. The only kicker is that you have been waiting for six months and I'm just starting to wait. I hope they are speeding up the process, if not seems like I'm kinda screwed along with you.

Hopefully you will get touched and finished soon.

03-04-2008 - I-129F delivered to VSC signed by P Novak at 1:50 pm

03-05-2008 - NOA-1 received in mail on 03-10-2008

09-25-2008 - Approval Notice Sent!! (received email)

10-02-2008 - Received hard copy NOA 2 via mail

EMBASSY

Embassy called my wife and set appointment for 10-10-2008 to pick up paperwork.

Appointment set for October 21, 2008 at 12pm

10-20-2008 Interview at 12pm. APPROVED!!PICK UP VISA 10-21-2008 at 3 pm

I-485 AOS

07-21-2009 - Mailed via overnigt. They received 7-22-2009 and rejected the same day.

07-29-2009 - Received rejected I-485 in the mail. (Incorrect fee's)

07-30-2009 - Mailed corrected packet overnight, they received next day 7-31-09

08-03-2009 - Received NOA for I-485 and I-765.

08-10-2009 - Received Biometrics appointment letter. Appt is on 09-02-2009 (DONE) Easy

09-15-2009 - I-765 Approved, Card production ordered

10-20-2009 - I-485 Appt Set

10-20-2009 - APPROVED!! Fast and easy 10-15 min interview.

10-21-2009 - CRIS email. Card production ordered.

I am there with you in the same boat odeoaldorf. VSC Early August 07 filer and still no approval, nothing nada. See my signature timelines :(

hey im from VSC.. and i am an oct filer BUT i am dying to see ANY k3 approval from VSC.. I Have seen NONE except one person who filed in january and got approved.. which i dont believe doesnt make sense at all...

so my point is, i have seen none and i hope to seeee the vsc filers approved....

10-16-07- received by VSC

1-11-08- i130 NOA1

2-24-08-view case online

4-19-08- i130 NOA2

4-24-08- NOA2 hardcopy received

4-24-08- NVC CASE #ASSIGNED MDR

5-04-08- EMAILED CHOICE OF AGENT TO NVC

5-05-08- DS3032 AND AOS fee bill was generated today

5-05-08- paid AOS fee bill $70 online

5-07-08- AOS FEE now says PAID online, can print cover sht.

5-07-08*cald NVC and msg says AOS $recvd

5-12-08-DS3032 EMAIL Accepted

5-13-08*cald NVC and msg now says DS3032 choice of agent has been received.

5-13-08-mailed AOS i864 packet w/printed cover sheet from online payment (certified mail- priority)

5-15-08-AOS packet received by NVC

5-18-08 iv FEE bill invoiced

5-18-08 iv fee $400 paid online

5-20-08-iv fee cleared, able to print covr shet online

5-21-08-mailed DS230 packet to NVC via priority mail

5-29-08 aos ACCEPTED

5-29-08- DS 230 entered in system

6-3-08-cse cmplte.

6-11-08 case left NVC to chennai via DHL

6-16-08 case reached chennai

7-2-08 appt letter received by beneficiary

7-4-08 medical done in chennai

7-28-08 interview- AP for 4-6 weeks (awaiting name chk clearance-told by chenai operator)

8-20-08 chennai forwarded file to DOS- according to inquiry from congressmans office

(also confirmed by DOS)

8-28-08 file reached DOS- told by operator

9-2-08- last update to case,told by DOS

12-12-08 emailed chennai embassy asking status of our case, and got email to send passport..

12-19-08 VISA ISSUED! in hand!

hi,

i am a VSC,i filed in september also,i didn't get an NOA1 for my i-130 until feb 1st,my birthday...then mailed my I-129 feb 9th,got the NOA1 on feb 19.......i been getting a lot of touches,on both....including one yesterday,which was a sunday....they are working on sunday it seems.....hopefully soon,we will see some NOA2...lets hope

Same situation here, we got a lot of touches in a row and suddenly they stopped and nothing!!, i want to see VSC k3 approvals

September VSC filer. Just want to add that VSC is approving about two to three vjers's I-130 every week. I'll post a list of VSC at the end of this week.
