* March 28,2008- POE GUAM....nice people...IMMIGRATION very accommodating...good ,friendly people

* March 28,2008 - Arrived Orlando, Florida

* April 02,2008- Apply SSN

* April 18,2008- BRIDAL SHOWER

* April 20,2008- Rcvd my SSN

* April 26,2008- MARRIAGE

* April 28,2008- Rcvd my Marriage Certificate Documents

* April 28,2008- Change my name to my married name SOCIAL SECURITY OFFICE

* May 01,2008- Got 2 Bank Accounts

* May 05, 2008- Rcvd my SSN with my married name on it

* May 22,2008- Got 2 Credit Card Accounts approval

* May 23-28,2008- Visit Alabama,Mississippi and Louisiana

Hi Amy! Congratulations! God is soo goooodddd! Im glad you got your visa fast. I actually just posted a query on how fast does the passport and the visa arrive from the date of interview. Was counting yours and it only took 4 business for your passport and visa to arrive.! Yeah, that was fast!

May I know where it was mailed. I want to purchase my flight ticket already for Mar 21st and im just thinking maybe it might be too early for the delivery.. but considering the time of your delivery, it should only take about 4 days... so I should be receiving mine by thsi friday or worse, Monday, March 17..

Considering that you live in Manila, you could probably received it very :thumbs: quickly but , there is no guarantee that you will. Its up to you if you will take the RISK. And , if the ticket you purchased has an option to change your departure date and costs normally $75 , it would be okay to buy your ticket. In our case, we agreed to have it after receiving the visa. At this moment, we are purchasing ticket via CONTINENTAL AIRLINES....

I-130 Timeline with USCIS:

It took 92 days for I-130 to get approved from the filing date

NVC Process of I-130:

It took 78 days to complete the NVC process

Interview Process at The U.S. Embassy

Interview took 223 days from the I-130 filing date. Immigrant Visa was issued right after the interview
