Same here. I find it hard to sleep at night thinking about it. I often dream about it as well. I can't wait to get NOA2!

If you are not included in my list, but you received your NOA1 in February, please make sure you have created and updated your timeline!! I take all of the list information directly from Igor's (which takes it directly from the VJ timeline info), there is no other way for me to reliably track it. If you are included in Igor's, but are not on my list...give me a couple of days to get the list updated. :)

ok.now this is probably a silly question after all this time, but how do I know if my case has been "touched"? I have my WAC case number, and when I go to http://www.uscis.gov/portal/site/uscis and enter it in, it always shows the same thing: "Application Type: I129F, PETITION FOR FIANCE(E)

Current Status: Case received and pending.

On February 19, 2008, we received this I129F PETITION FOR FIANCE(E), and mailed you a notice describing how we will process your case. Please follow any instructions on this notice. We will notify you by mail when we make a decision or if we need something from you. If you move while this case is pending, call customer service. We process cases in the order we receive them. You can use our processing dates to estimate when yours will be done. This case is at our CALIFORNIA SERVICE CENTER location. Follow the link below to check processing dates. You can also receive automatic e-mail updates as we process your case. Just follow the link below to register"

I have signed up for email notifications of changes, and have yet to receive one. Is there some place else to check to see the magical word "touched"?

When you log in to the gub'ment page to check you application there should be a last updated date. If that date changes that means you got "touched". if it is still the same as since you first started then no "touch"
