Got an email this morning from my lawyers and our NOA1 has finally come through. The lawyers have told us it will take around 112 days to approval.

However the online updates on the USCIS website says it will take 80-110 days, so here is hoping for 80.

Anyway time for the big wait.

Sent AOS, EAD - 3/27/07

NOA1 for AOS and EAD - 4/03/07

Checks cashed - 4/04/07

touched AOS and EAD - 04/06/07

touched AOS and EAD - 04/09/07

RFE for AOS - 04/26/07

return RFE - 06/20/07

EAD approved - 07/07/07

AOS transfered to CSC - 07/10/07

AOS approved - 08/10/07

Welcome letter arrived - 08/18/07

Green card arrive - 08/18/07

Apply for stolen green card 07/12/09

Apply for I-751 09/31/09

I-751 rejected due to late filling

Resubmit with a letter explaining tardiness 10/01/09

NOA1 - 10/17/09

No BioMetrics

Approval 12/4/09

Just registered on the USCIS website for email updates. It says that my case was received on the 24th, but my case was last updated on the 26th. Is this a touch or is it just normal.

Sent AOS, EAD - 3/27/07

NOA1 for AOS and EAD - 4/03/07

touched AOS and EAD - 04/06/07

touched AOS and EAD - 04/09/07

RFE for AOS - 04/26/07

return RFE - 06/20/07

EAD approved - 07/07/07

AOS approved - 08/10/07

Welcome letter arrived - 08/18/07

Green card arrive - 08/18/07

its a normal early touch; we got one too right after they received our petition, then we had to wait almost 90 days to get the NOA2.

when I got my NOA for my I129f form, I sign up for e-mail notice, when I typed the info in I looked at my staus, My petition was apporved. It was apporve in 21 days from sending to aproved..

2000 - Met online in yahoo chat rooms (had known cousin and brother for a year or two)

06-10-2005 - James visited Australia for first time on ETA- met in person

02-14-2006 - Engaged on Valentines day!

03-1-2006 - James returns to the US after 9 wonderful months visiting together

03-15-2006 - Realise we can't live without each other - James visits Australia again

03-24-2006 - I-129f express courier to TSC

03-29-2006 - I-129f package arrives in US, picked up by TSC 5:33am

04-05-2006 - Receipt Notice for NOA1

04-06-2006 - Money order cashed :)

04-11-2006 - Received NOA1 in mail!

07-04-2006 - Received notification that RFE sent on June 23 - Still waiting to actually receive in post.

We sent a letter to CSC to cancel our application. Can't afford repeated air flight tickets to see each other and there's no way we can be apart. Married and staying in Australia :)
