If the reason for the I-129f petition being denied is that you hadn't met in person within the two year time period, you could re-apply as soon as you had satisfied the reason by the denial. So, arrange to meet again as soon as you can so that you can re-apply right away. Be sure to keep copies of plane tickets, baggage claims, passport stamps, visa statements, receipts and whatever else you can find to prove you were in the same place at the same time - and take pictures of yourself together.

“...Isn't it splendid to think of all the things there are to find out about? It just makes me feel glad to be alive--it's such an interesting world. It wouldn't be half so interesting if we knew all about everything, would it? There'd be no scope for imagination then, would there?”

Withdraw the petition, go meet your sweetie, take lots of pictures and save all your receipts, tickets, boarding passes, money exchange receipts, etc. then submit your application again. If this is the only area when your documentation is lacking (so you've got the G325, birth certs, passport photos of you both, letter of intent, etc., then this should be quick to remedy. Withdrawing your petition will not be a blight on your record - although you might have to include a letter explaining why you withdrew and resubmitted. This having met within two year srequirement is a requirement - the USCIS is very serious about its requirements.

And So It Begins......
