Well regardless of the withdrawals I sent notorized as well as the withdrawal emails I sent over 2 months ago. Still got the approval today...

Now have a new girlfriend working with me in Medellin and am thinking I will have to include this visa approval in my next application which totally sucks. Will this have to be disclosed?

Sent in i129f Feb 3rd, at least its good to know my application was perfect.

Married June 28th 07 Wedding in Bello ( applied for residence in Colombia, granted temporal residencia for 2 years.)

Previous applications must be disclosed. Someone should correct me if I'm wrong, I think USCIS recently implemented a mandatory waiting period between consecutive 129F petitions.

You are only allowed 2 i129fs every 2 years. There is no waiting time for those 2 in those 2 years. Im sure I could prove that i sent the withdrawals in so it probably wouldnt be a problem since no visa was ever issued it might not count as an approval.
